Have you suffered an end of relationship or divorce? There is healing available  to you; find support and learn ways to cope with your new life.

If your child has experienced loss of a cohesive family home due to divorce; loss of stability due to moving; or experienced a huge change in their life and needs to process in a safe environment, our group can help!

Identifying the self in contrast to their environment is key to adolescent development.  When they have suffered loss through divorce, a move or shift in family dynamics, they need extra support!

Stabilizing self is a building block to healing, and understanding emotions and how to cultivate well-being is the first step.  If you have a hard time managing your emotions or identifying skills to regulate, this is the group for you.

Sometimes we have a hard time identifying our inner self-beliefs, core values, and desires; this keeps us stuck.  This group helps you answer questions to discover a path forward through the unknown using art.
