Once the form is filled out your provider will reach out to you after determining the rate of services. You aren't in this alone and we are here to help!

Moore Counseling Group also has an intern, Marie Strenge, who offers the first six sessions for free, after that it is $30 per session, at this time this is only available for individuals over the age of 16.
